Indoor bundled soft optical cables employ single-core optical fibers (Φ900 µm tightly packed fibers reinforced with aramid elements) as subunits, with a non-metallic central reinforcement core. These fiber subunits are stranded around the central core to form the main cable core, which is then covered by an outer layer of low-smoke, halogen-free material (LSZH – low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant). Cables with ≤48 fibers adopt a single-bundle configuration, while those with 72 fibers utilize a multi-subunit structure. Product Features • Layered stranded optical cable structure with a non-metallic central reinforcement core, enabling superior tensile strength • The outer protective material offers advantages such as corrosion resistance, water resistance, UV protection, flame retardancy, and environmental friendliness. • Aramid-reinforced components provide the optical cable with excellent tensile performance. Product Standard Complies with any one of the following standards: YD/T 1258.2, ICEA-596, GR-409, or IEC 60794-2-10/11; multiple standards may be required simultaneously. Also compliant with IEC 60332-1 or IEC 60332-3C.
